In our breeding, all cats get tested for FIV ( Feline Immunodeficiency Virus ), FeLV ( Feline Leukemia Virus ), PKD ( Polycystic Kidney Diseases ), and blood group. They are regularly checked by vets to attest their wellbeing. Our cats live with us in our home and are selected following standards specific to the breed. During the selection process, we weight in our own personal successes as well as those of other breeders, both through feline expos and privately. This cooperation is cardinal to our growth and to the preservation and safeguarding of the morphology of the breed.
We partner with ANFI, the Italian National Feline Association, as well as with the Chartreux Cat Club.
Our kittens live with their mother for the first 98 days, after which they will be given to their new owners, though not before being de-wormed, and microchipped. We will also provide the full pedigree certificate. It is important for us to know their new families, as each kitten has its own personality, and it is our interest to make sure they settle in perfectly in their new life. We follow their growth and development, keeping regular contacts with the new owners, offering advice and support in case of any queries.
